20+ years making things.

Now I’m focused on how things get made.

I’ve spent more than two decades working in creative environments, beginning in design and gradually expanding into creative leadership, technology operations, and strategy.

I’ve worked across visual identity, campaigns, digital experiences, video, internal creative services, enterprise tools, and emerging technologies.

Along the way, I’ve learned that some of the most interesting creative problems aren’t necessarily visual problems.

They’re people problems.

They’re process problems.

They’re technology problems.

And increasingly, they’re organizational problems.

That’s where my interests are now.

Career Evolution

Creative Services

Leading people, projects, stakeholders, and creative direction.

Strategy + Operations

Building systems and processes around the work.

Technology + AI

Exploring what’s next for creative organizations.

How I work

Stay Curious.

Tools change. Creative disciplines change. Organizations change. The ability to keep learning matters more than knowing every tool.

Make Complexity Simple.

Good systems should remove friction—not create more of it.

Keep People at the Center.

Technology can expand what’s possible, but people are still the reason the creative work matters.

Experiment.

The best way to understand what’s next is to try things.

Outside of work

A practice in observation.

MUSIC

A practice in experimentation.
